8 REPAIR WORK

8.1 REPLACING THE VALUE SEAT

1. Remove nozzle according to

paragraph 5.4.3 or 5.4.5.

2. Use nozzle key 2800 (I) to unscrew

valve seat. Replace, and tighten

carefully.

3. Reassemble nozzle in reverse

order.

Incorrect maintenance/repair!

Danger to life and equipment damage

 Only a WAGNER service center or a suitably trained person may

carry out repairs and replace parts.

 Only repair and replace parts that are listed in the chapter "Spare

parts catalog".

 Before all work on the unit and in the event of work interrup-

tions:

 - Disconnect the control unit from the mains.

 - Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and unit.

 - Secure the spray gun against actuation.

 Observe the operating and service instructions when carrying

out all work.
